Rate Information

  • At time of reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total room rental is due. Thirty days prior to the event the balance is due (including sales tax) and a refundable deposit of $250 or $450 if the Bride’s room is used.
  • We allow you the freedom to choose the caterer of your choice or to self cater.

Make it Yours

The Majestic has been the location of many fine events througout the years and we are proud to continue this fine tradition. Our rates are very competetive and are split up into two seasons: high and low. You can rent the majestic for the entire day, from 10am to midnight, or if your event does not require the whole day, you can save a little money and rent just the day (10am-4pm), or just the evening (6pm-Midnight).

There are many optional services we can provide you with. Read on, for descriptions of what we can do for you.

Espresso Cart

$150/hour

We provide 2-3 Servers to make coffee drinks and Italian sodas for your guests. All items to make the drinks are provided by us.

Set up

$100 - $150

$100 for events under 200 people. $150 for events over 200 people. If you provide us with a floor plan of how you wish the tables and chairs to be set up, we will set them up for you.

Take Down and Clean Up

$175 - $225

$175 for events under 200 people. $225 for events over 200 people. We will come in after your event and put away the table and chairs and clean up for you. You just need to take your personal items and decorations.

Stage/Platform

$75-$125

We have four platforms which are 1' high, 8' long, and 4' wide. They can be laid out flat to create a 16'x8'x1' stage or stacked to make an 8'x8'x2' stage. They are covered in black carpet. $125 for all 4 pieces, $100 for 3 pieces, $75 for 2 pieces and $50 for 1 piece.

Tablecloths

$15 each

We have white 90”x90” tablecloths for the 5’ round tables and 102”x60” for the banquet tables.

Extra Ballroom

$350

This is a 2000 sq ft room in the basement with a dance floor, mirrors and carpeting.
